This will be the title sponsor match in which Real Salt Lake will recognize and pay tribute to LifeVantage as its new sponsor and partner.

QUALIFICATION DETAILS:
Stretch out, get warmed up and make a plan to qualify for this game-changing event. Here’s how it works:
STEP 1: JANUARY 31 – FEBRUARY 28
Enroll three (3) new distributors who each purchase a Vantage Pack, and earn your own Real Salt Lake Soccer Jersey to wear to the match.
STEP 2: JANUARY 31 – MARCH 31
Help any three of your personally enrolled distributors enroll three of their own, who, in turn each purchase a Vantage Pack, and earn dinner for two and get two tickets to join us at this exclusive LifeVantage title sponsor match!
ADDITIONAL RULES AND DETAILS:
Vantage Packs may not be returned from any qualifying enrollment(s). Returned Vantage Packs will be disqualified from the promotion.
Vantage Packs may not be purchased by the enrolling distributor.
Qualifying distributor Vantage Pack enrollments and Preferred Customer upgrades must be registered for active monthly autoship orders.
This promotion is not redeemable for cash or credit.
Distributors can only qualify for up to a maximum of 4 Real Salt Lake Jerseys.
This promotion may be modified or cancelled at any time at the sole discretion of LifeVantage Corporation without any notice to distributors.
Qualifiers must redeem rewards within 90 days of being notified of your reward. Rewards requested after 90 days will be forfeited.
A distributor must qualify for step 1 of the promotion in order to qualify for step 2.
A distributor may qualify for step 1 without qualifying for step 2 of the promotion.
